Why Hire Us
Get two companies for the price of one to lease, sell or manage your investment properties - specializing in northwest Houston:
Houston, Spring, 1960 Area, Tomball, Humble & The Woodlands.
Gold Key Management, with Century 21, offers competitive rates with no hidden charges. Other companies may offer lower rates, but be aware of hidden charges and maintenance overrides you don't see upfront. Keep in mind, if you pay very little for service, that is usually what you get..... very little service! Our owners typically deal directly with the company owners, Randy and Rachel Hines. They are hands-on owners that provide professional and personal service to their clients.
Some companies have their own maintenance crews and may make up to 20% (or more) on all repairs completed on your property. We do not own a maintenance crew or company, all of the contractors and vendors we use for repairs and service are individually and separately owned. Many we have used since our start-up and have established a good working relationship with them. As a result, we thrive on very loyal and reliable contractors who provide good service and fair prices.
Not only do you get a broker/manager who personally owns rental property in the Houston area, you get one of the top selling agents in the Houston area for over 17 years who has 3 licensed assistants along with the power of Century 21 behind him. When necessary we also have a CPA and an attorney we work closely with who can answer questions beyond our expertise.
We offer lower rates for owners with multiple properties. While we do manage numerous properties for intown owners, at least 70% of our owners live out of state and out of the country.
It's easy to sign up, just give us a call or email and we can provide you with a free market analysis for lease or sale. Upon researching sales and leasing activity in your area and viewing your property, we will also be able to give you an estimate for monthly management fees and will assess your property to see what, if anything, will need to be done to prepare it for sale or lease.
