Randy Hines, the owner and broker of Gold Key Property Management, started in real estate in 1983 after leaving the city tax office as a tax assessor in Galveston, Texas. He moved to Houston in 1986 to work with Century 21.

 

After receiving the Century 21 Centurian Award for top sales in the Houston area and the Floyd Wickman Masters Award in Las Vegas for top sales in Houston, he had the opportunity to purchase Gold Key Management in September of 1993.  Gold Key was originally established in 1983 by the previous owner.  Since Randy personally owned approximately 15 homes at that time, it was a perfect opportunity to reach out to his clients to provide the additional services of leasing and managing homes clients were not ready to sell or where it wasn't feasible to sell.  Randy has maintained many of the original properties taken over as well as more than tripled the inventory of management homes we provide service for.  

 

Now, with a proven name like Century 21, Gold Key has become one of the most respected names in the property management business in Northwest Houston and surrounding areas.
