We require you submit maintenance requests through your tenant portal.
A manager will automatically be sent a text for maintenance request submitted through your tenant portal. This will facilitate the process for assigning, keeping track of, and completing the repairs.
*For emergency repairs, please submit as stated above, but we recommend calling 281-444-3177 x104 and/or emailing as well.
